I have had the privilege of leading Nestlé globally since September 2024. Together with a team of over 270,000 employees, we are growing a diverse portfolio of more than 2,000 brands. Our focus is on delivering exceptional performance across the entire value chain—from farm to fork—while delighting consumers and serving our customers. Since starting at Nestlé in 1986, I have been an advocate for the strategic virtuous circle. The virtuous circle helps us achieve efficiencies that enable investments to help Nestlé gain market share and achieve sustainable, profitable growth. For me, this continuous process of improvement includes fostering youth employability. That’s why I consider launching "Nestlé Needs YOUth" – our platform to help young people gain access to economic opportunities – a cornerstone of my time in my prior role leading Nestlé Zone Latin America. Over 10 years later, the program continues to thrive, providing job opportunities, training and support for young entrepreneurs and agripreneurs.
