About

As the CEO of Adventure Consultancy Solutions (ACS), I’m proud to lead a team of experts who specialise in transforming business operations, particularly within the financial services sector. Our core focus spans test automation, complex lending, treasury solutions, and staff augmentation, while increasingly supporting organisations as they prepare for sustainability reporting and evolving governance expectations. My journey started in treasury and capital markets, where I quickly learned the importance of precision, strong controls, and the right use of technology. Over the years, I expanded my expertise into complex lending and large-scale transformation, helping some of the world’s largest banks and financial institutions enhance operations, manage risk, and adapt to technological change. I’ve had the privilege of leading major programmes for organisations including ANZ, Standard Chartered, and CBA, delivering outcomes with real operational and financial impact. As the industry evolved, it became clear that technology adoption needed to be more deliberate and better governed. This led me to ACS, a consultancy focused on the core of financial operations, including automation, treasury management, and complex lending, while also helping organisations define practical end-state approaches to AI adoption. The focus is always on real use cases that can be embedded safely and responsibly. Additionally, I help organisations across multiple industries address sustainability and ESG readiness. Many are still working through what mandatory reporting and stronger governance expectations mean in practice. Through ACS, I support leadership teams by aligning technology, data, and delivery capability with regulatory requirements. When I’m not immersed in transformation work, I enjoy staying healthy and active. I’m passionate about BBQs, working on my Mustang, and spending time with my family. Maintaining balance between my professional and personal life is important to me, and it’s something I encourage within our team and with the organisations we support. If you are a leader navigating automation, AI adoption, or sustainability readiness in a regulated environment, connect with me.
