About

Three decades of experience playing leadership roles in rapidly growing organisations has helped me understand how to build operating models that drive scale. It has also helped form my belief that work need not be a stressful endeavour. By recognising and respecting internal motivators of team members, work can be made fulfilling, driving symbiotic growth of both the team member and the organisation. As a management consultant I have had the opportunity to build a culture of execution excellence in client organisations, quickly delivering strong business outcomes. My belief that creating jobs is essential to eradicate poverty has led me to fund startups and enabling entrepreneurs. As an accredited mentor at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore, I have the privilege of sharing my perspectives with young entrepreneurs and rejoicing in their growth. I believe in conscious capitalism - we have done enough damage to the social fabric and environment by giving primacy to shareholder gains. Its time to consider all stakeholders gains. I aspire to do my bit by encouraging social enterprises as an angel investor. As part of the Indian Angel Network, I have led investments and sit on the board of a few startups that believe in doing well by doing good.
