• Ensure compliance with Customs laws, regulations, and the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP).
• Handle import/export processes and duty structures related to Domestic Tariff Area (DTA).
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations (DGFT, BIS, CAROTAR, EPR, SVB, SWIFT, SCOMET, RBI, etc.) for products like plastic resins, films, fibres, yarns, textiles, carbon fibres, and chemicals (DG/Non-DG).
• Coordinate with CHAs, consultants, customs authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Supply Chain & Stakeholder Coordination
• Negotiate with logistics providers to improve cost, transit time, and service quality.
• Optimize coordination with counterpart suppliers for both domestic and international shipments.
• Verify checklists for BOE and Shipping Bill filings.
• Ensure timely submission of vendor Payment Requests (PR) with necessary documentation.
• Ensure all sales invoices and proof of delivery (POD) are submitted to the accounts department.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to purchases and sales.
• Support training and onboarding of new sales team members.
