I am Farhan Khan, a B.Tech (ECE) graduate (2025) from Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) and currently pursuing M.Tech in Nanoelectronics from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). I completed my schooling (+2) from AMU Boys School in 2020, which laid a strong academic foundation in science and mathematics. I have a strong academic and research-oriented background in semiconductor technology, VLSI fabrication, nanoelectronics, and embedded systems, with a keen interest in next-generation electronic devices and chip technologies. My undergraduate education provided me with a solid foundation in analog and digital circuit design, signal processing, embedded systems, and hardware description languages, while my postgraduate studies are strengthening my expertise in VLSI process technology, thin film technology, and device fabrication. I have hands-on exposure to sputtering techniques, X-ray Diffraction (XRD), RFIC laboratory practices, and VLSI fabrication, along with academic experience in spintronics, quantum computing, and advanced nanoelectronic devices. I am proficient in Verilog and VHDL for digital design and FPGA-based implementations, and experienced in circuit simulation using PSPICE.
