Project: GRACE (Global Regulatory Reporting and Compliance Engine) is an inhouse application and has 2k+ users worldwide. This product allows users to manage millions of reporting data on a daily basis. I am responsible for the entire User Experience of Grace. I work in an agile team with 6 different feature development units. Over 20+ cross-functional teams work on this project globally. Based on extensive communication with the users and their identified business needs I have migrated the platform from an old slow version and transformed the entire UI to provide a seamless user experience. I have performed User Research and User interviews enabling tailored UX. Conducted heuristic evaluation of the existing app and optimized 50+ interface designs, which led to user satisfaction of 85% and decreased the manual work load by 65%. Created sketches to discuss the user journey with the product owners, which were then used to create low fidelity wireframes using Balsamiq and Figma. Based on the design I develop prototypes using Axure RP for internal various modules. Creating Visual design documents for the developers for the specifications of the UI. Project: Duckcreek application allows 20k+ users to manage their insurance. I was part of 3 feature development teams which worked in an agile environment. Based on 70+ interviews taken I analyzed and understood the user perspective and designed a user friendly UI prototype. In close cooperation with Product Owners I drew sketches that led to wireframes for usability testing and generated a success report, which helped us to understand the feasibility of the design. To enter the development phase I extensively guided the soft development team through the new user journey.
