Activities like guided meditation, natural Japanese farming, healthy food, soothing hot springs, and fireside chats help us get reacquainted the present. People leave feeling like a burden was lifted. 🧑‍🌾 Rural Japan cultural experiences: Family-friendly daytrips from Tokyo. Farm visits, Miso-making, bamboo shoot digging etc. Always educational, grounding, and healthy! Activities change each month. 🛣️ Life coaching- this is a regular (bi-weekly) one hour session with me, 1 on 1. People come to me when they are successful on paper, but they feel disconnected from their purpose. I don’t share cliché life advice. I help you slow down and block out the noise. I help you stay on track to build good habits as an accountability partner. My methodology focuses on building mindfulness into daily life. 2 coaching sessions a month could save you 20 hours of distraction a week. 💰 Recruitment training (only for corporates)- I mentor a select few, sharing everything I did to bill over 300m in 5 years.
