I work on AI-driven products, mostly in the messy parts where real teams, real incentives, and real risk exist. At Capillary Technologies, I lead product initiatives focused on how marketers actually make decisions — and why most AI tools break the moment they hit production. A lot of my work sits between CRM, loyalty, and AI systems that are supposed to “help” marketers but often just add complexity. I care about fixing that. Less noise, fewer fragile workflows, and more confidence in what goes live. Over the years, I’ve seen fair amount of failed copilots and shiny demos to be skeptical by default. The interesting problems aren’t about models — they’re about trust, constraints, and who really owns decisions when AI enters the picture. Before this, I’ve been a PM across growth and platform roles, tried my hand at building a company, and learned the hard way how different theory is from operating reality. Lately, I’m thinking a lot about: - AI as a decision system, not a feature - Agentic workflows in enterprise software - Why “automation” fails when accountability is unclear If you’re building in this space or just thinking seriously about where AI actually helps (and where it doesn’t), I’m always up for a conversation.
