Sarit Prajna Sahu β Co-Founder
I didn't stumble into ππππππππππππππππ. I built my way into it, and then built again. ππ¨π¨ππ₯πππ«π² launched on November 14, 2024, World Children's Day. Babies and kids deserve ππππππππππ ππππππππππ solutions (enough of the reactive ones). Every product we create answers: what does a child's body actually need? But doodledry didn't arrive from nowhere. Before this, I co-founded a company born out of an Airbus innovation lab. napEazy started as a solution to a problem every "πππππππππ ππππ ππππππππ" knows, but nobody had solved well. A unique orthopedic pillow that can be used anytime and anywhere. We launched on πππππππππππ in May 2020, raised $50,000, sold 800 units in a month, landed in Vistara's inflight magazine, won Amazon SMBHAV's Global Small Business Award, and walked into πππππ ππππ πππππ Season 1. That first build taught me everything about what it means to take an idea from zero to market under real conditions, with real stakes, and that too during πππππ-19! πππ πππππππππ. Two completely different categories. One consistent thread: I build things that matter to people in the moments that matter most; in the nursery, in transit, in the years that shape everything. Here is what building both has taught me: The most powerful frameworks I use as a founder did not come from Warwick Business School or IIM Lucknow β though both sharpened me considerably. They came from becoming a mother. From watching how a developing human being builds trust, tests limits, and compounds their understanding of the world through nothing but consistent, intentional daily experience. That is πππ a ππππππππ. That is a πππππππππππ. I call it πππ πππππππππππ πππππππππππ - the idea that parenting and entrepreneurship do not compete. They multiply each other. Every insight from raising a child makes you a sharper founder. Every framework from building a business makes you a more intentional parent. The returns compound the longer you practice both, simultaneously, and fully. This is what I write about in my fortnightly newsletter, for leaders, founders, and professionals who are also parents, and who are tired of treating those two identities as separate filing systems. π© Subscribe to my Linkedin newsletter: The Compounding Equilibrium - https://www.linkedin.com/build-relation/newsletter-follow?entityUrn=6900003425665339392 π doodledry: https://doodledry.com/
