• Joined the Gainwell Group (formerly Tractors India Ltd.) as Managing Director & CEO of Parasea Coal Mine Project Pvt. Ltd., where I will lead the development of the Parasea–Belbaid underground coal mine in West Bengal.
• Gainwell has, in just a few years, transformed itself from Caterpillar’s dealership in Eastern India into a diversified industrial powerhouse. Today, the Group is driving innovation in underground mining equipment, manufacturing, defence, railways, and material handling. In 2024, it acquired the iconic TIL Ltd., a listed company with a legacy since 1955, marking another milestone in its growth journey.
