I’m Pinal Zala, Founder of ThinkerSky Technologies Pvt. Ltd., the company behind Shipzy. My background is in software, but my real journey began when I started working closely with exporters and understanding their day-to-day challenges. I saw that many businesses were not just managing documents — they were managing complexity, scattered information, constant follow-up, team dependency, and processes that became harder to control as they grew. That is what led me to build Shipzy. Shipzy is built to help export businesses move from fragmented, manual ways of working to more structured, scalable, and technology-driven operations. Our focus is to bring more clarity, better control, and stronger process discipline into export workflows. I’m also the author of Masters of Export: Surprising Facts from Successful Exporters, Based on 100+ Exporter Interactions. The book reflects my belief that the best solutions come from listening deeply, learning from real business journeys, and building with practical understanding.
