About

I'm passionate about building software and mentoring engineers. Over the course of 8 years as an E7 level principal engineer at Facebook, I conducted over 450 interviews and mentored over a dozen interns and new grads. Even though I was one of the most high output engineers at Facebook, it's more fulfilling when I see junior engineers I worked with years ago having tremendous impact today than it is reflecting on my individual accomplishments. My work today is about building innovative software to help in coaching a new generation of impactful engineers.
