About

Spent a year on hiatus from teaching working with Toddle, as a Senior Manager (Content). Formerly the MYP Curriculum Coordinator and Librarian at Ljubljana International School in Slovenia, where I also taught AP Language and Composition, as well as the MYP Personal Project. I am a High School English Language and Literature teacher who has worked internationally since 2012. I have taught in 8 countries in 6 continents, originally in elementary education but moved on to teach high school for the last 5+ years. I also am a wildlife photographer and occasional writer. Diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in November 2020, was in remission by March 2021 and underwent a stem cell transplant in July 2021.
