• Project: Forecasting of amounts payable to Honeywell vendors
• The project aims at forecasting how much is the company going to pay its vendors in the next month and quarter separately for every business group. This is a component of a bigger project which envisioned to predict the free cash flow of the company
• ● Conducted exploratory data analytics on millions of invoices sent to Honeywell by its vendors.
• ● Developed and deployed an LSTM/RNN regression model with a custom loss function in Tensorflow to predict the
• upcoming monthly amounts payable to every vendor.
• ● Worked on developing maintainable production code in Python. Developed the end-2-end ML/AI pipeline wrapping
• up the data retrieval and aggregation, feature engineering, training, and prediction stages using Airflow.
• Project: Cyber anomaly mapping
• This is also a component of a bigger vision that aims to detect cyber threats and recommend cyber actions and precautions. In cyber anomaly mapping, we map the anomalies detected by the cyber system with the correct ontology class. The ontology can further be used to suggest proper actions
• ● As part of the DS team developed a multi-class ensemble classification model to map anomalies to its relevant ontology class and objects
• ● Developed an LLM classifier model fine-tuned on system logs combined with numerical features
• ● Worked on developing the code repository for CI/CD ML pipeline as a POC that can be further utilised and fine tunned

• Free chlorine modeling for pool water
• 1. Conducted statistical analysis on spectroscopic data to understand the relationship between the light photons refracted from pool water and its chlorine content
• 2. Experimented with different non-linear regression models. Developed an LSTM model to predict the free chlorine in water as a function of the absorbance
• Turbidity modeling for pool water
• 1. Conducted data regression analysis of the relationship between absorbance of light refracted from water and the turbidity of water
• 2. Performed feature engineering and developed an outlier/leverage detection model. Developed the complete data processing pipeline and deployed a robust regression model

• Text analysis for abstractive essay evaluator:
• 1. Performed text analysis on a set of 200 abstractive essays to come up with evaluation metrics and strategize their implementation. Conducted detailed semantic analysis, generated insights and visualization dashboards and published reports based on the text data
• 2. Used NLTK and Spacy for text preprocessing, stopwords removal, lemmatization and coreferencing, Glove embeddings for vectorization. Used Vectorization, LDA, coreferencing models to implement the said metrics
• 3. Developed a program to generate assessment reports on handwritten essays using NLP and text processing models. Created text vectors with Glove and developed a REST API with Flask

• 1. Developed web scraping pipelines for scraping news articles from various online sources
• 2. Developed and implemented SOTA clustering algorithm, news summarization models for an online learning application
