I've been designing things for about 15 years now. On LinkedIn this is called "a proven track record of delivering human-centred digital experiences at scale." I call it: spending a decade and a half convincing executives that how something feels to a real person is actually worth caring about. Most of them eventually agreed. In that time I've led design at IBM, PwC, du, O2 and DDB Worldwide — across product companies, Big 4 consulting, and global agencies.
