I have recently joined HDFCbank as head of design. Hoping to make a difference in the financial landscape of India I was one of the founding member of the Design Agency Business in Tata Elxsi. As a part of the leadership team, I have helped us grow into one of the largest design agencies in Asia. Through this journey, I have established new design practices, developed design delivery teams, worked with technology partners, sales-&-marketing in order to win global customers and craft appropriate design solutions. My projects have won national and international awards. I lecture on design in colleges and have spoken in seminars in Europe and China.
