The Institutional Broking has been stagnant from the proposition perspective and no-one is thinking innovation anymore since year 2008, Technologically, Functionally and in Product offerings as well. Stock brokers are still providing what they have and charge for their full stack while DIIs and FIIs do not need most of their offerings. I've been understanding the need to supply gap in the Institutional Broking space and designing a product proposition to fill the vacuum. I've also have been providing consulting and designing solutions for various organizations from different business verticals including Stock Broking, Banking, NBFC, Insurance and FinTech Companies related to Customer on-boarding, KYC digitization and automation. Game-changing innovations have happened in this space and are still happening everyday in data collection, digital documentation & verification, including Aadhaar KYC, DigiLocker, Offline Aadhaar, Aadhaar eSign, Offline eSign, Sahamati, Face-match, Video-KYC (one way / two way), OCR, Penny-drop, eStamp, etc. The digitization of KYC processes need to be designed keeping many things in notice such as market practices, company vision, customer expectations, competition, compliance, cost-benefit analysis and futuristic scale of your operations.
