Elharar Polina — Co-Founder
I began my career in post-production as a Concept Artist at Gravity (2009), working on TV commercials for various international brands, creating characters, backgrounds, and style frames. From there, I transitioned into the gaming industry, taking on the role of Art Director for Pirate Kings at JellyButton (2014). Afterward, I worked six years at a leading game company, where I played a key role in shaping the visual identity of five different games. As a versatile Game Artist Generalist, I led artistic initiatives across multiple projects, independently driving creative solutions and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance gameplay experiences. Wanting to take my expertise to an established, fully launched game, I joined Family Island, where I currently lead the artistic vision of the Monetization Art department. Our team thrives in a multicultural, multilingual environment, tackling tight deadlines and the challenges of planning flexibility. Despite these demands, we have a lot of fun and find great meaning in our work. My diverse experience has shaped my skills across art direction, game development, and creative problem-solving. I'm on Instagram as @elharart.
