Early in my career, I worked with established firms such as K2 India and Livspace. I learned design fundamentals, project workflows, and how to scale — but I also witnessed a recurring problem. Designers created the vision. Contractors handled execution. And when things went wrong — delays, budget overruns, quality compromises — nobody truly owned the outcome. Clients ended up managing chaos, not enjoying inspiring spaces. In 2020, I co-founded Studio Redefine to prove a better way. (10+ projects delivered in 2 years). But I wanted to go further. In 2022, I launched KOLAB, a full-fledged Design-and-Build Brand where one contract, one team, and one point of accountability handle everything — from concept to handover.
