• Manufactured Nanomaterial based flexible batteries for wearable devices, and innovative IOT products.
• Built Coin Cell Electrode assembly system housing rapid curing technique and Implemented new DOEs which led to 10X increase in battery manufacturing speeds.
• Performed high precision Pulsed Voltammetry on Flexible Zinc and Lithium nano-composite Coin cells using Biologic, Neware, and LANHE Battery Testing Equipment.
• Maintained SOPs for light based curable electrolyte research to increase flexible battery capacity.
• Formulated highly conductive Nanomaterials based Zinc and Lithium ink for flexible batteries using Ross Planetary Mixer, FlackTek speedmixer, and Thinky mixer to manufacture cathode, anode, and electrolyte.
• Characterized battery electrode stability under temperature variation using Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) and used PerkinElmer FTIR Spectroscopy to optimize electrode curing time.

• Nanofabricated Ag/MnO2CNT Nanosensors & Supercapacitors by Screen Printing technique for Energy Harvesting wearable devices.
• Processed and Analyzed Cyclic Voltammetry Data using OriginPro, Prism and Excel Software.
• Characterized MnO2-CNT Supercapacitor (SC) using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) to obtain morphological information, phase composition was characterized using X-ray Diffraction (XRD), and the element composition of the SC was obtained from Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDX).
• Synthesized MnO2-CNT with minor modification and functionalizing the CNT with COOH for higher electrical
• conductivity.
• Built and integrated Microfluidic electrochemical detector using Cricut Explorer Air 2 and modelling using AutoCAD.
