Initially rooted in academia, I transitioned into governance consulting where I was able to hone my skills in strategic oversight and policy implementation. This path led to roles in managing varying technological initiatives, which in turn provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the intersection between technology and humans. Through these experiences, I discovered a passion for design and technology, recognising their critical importance in creating user-centric solutions. Even the most advanced products lose value if they are not user-centric and accessible to the intended beneficiaries.
