• § Led the Platform-Independent Network Operating System team responsible for Identity, Security, Session-Awareness, Application Recognition, Network Policy Management, and Network Protocols. The solutions of this team have been a permanent fixture at Cisco Live! (an event where Cisco showcases next-generation products and solutions), have driven several standards at IETF, 3GPP, oneM2M, etc., and generated the largest number of patents among all groups of Cisco-India.
• § Led teams that conceived, designed and delivered the Autonomic Networking solution which won Cisco’s prestigious Pioneer Award.
• § Led the team that conceived of and developed Cisco-IOx, the "Edge Compute" or "Fog Compute" model for IoT networks. This has since become the norm across the industry, and led to the establishment of the OpenFog consortium.
• § Led the development of new chassis and line cards for industry-leading routing platform responding to emerging market needs, and delivered them in quick time and high quality. These products helped sustain the revenue of the platform in an otherwise depleting total addressable market.
• § Front-ended Cisco-Engineering for the deployment of the ASR9000 Edge-Routing platform for Reliance Jio, driving innovative network architectures and helping resolve several cross-platform integration issues under intense time pressure.
