I didn’t start out planning to be a designer. I studied IT in school, but most of what I know came from putting myself out there, trying things, and following the opportunities that came my way. I learned frontend development, explored RPA development, managed social media accounts, not because I was lost, but because I wanted to see if design was for me. Each path shaped how I approach design: understanding systems, thinking logically, communicating clearly, and seeing the human side behind every product. It wasn’t a tool or trend that changed everything. It was learning to think like a product designer. Today, I’m Product Designer & UX Strategist. I help designers and teams build products that are usable, human-first, and actually make sense, using UX thinking, not just pixels. Along the way, I noticed something important: people didn’t just come to me for designs. They came for clarity. To break things down. To make sense of messy problems.
