• Built a Medicare integration for our digital health claiming platform as part of a small squad.
• Leading ongoing cross-team work to formalise the front-end stack to help improve efficiencies in delivery. Helping to improve clarity on development practices, reduce tech-debt and unnecessary complexity.
• Created and rolled out a component styling architecture to normalise designs across the platform; worked with other teams to teach it and ensure consistency.
• Overhauled CI/CD for front-end builds, reducing build times from ~25–30 minutes to ~10 minutes.
• Refactored steps to fix compilation order, reused a single build to ensure what's tested in one environment is the same in another, and removed redundant steps.
• Upgraded Yarn 1.x → 3.x and audited packages to trim unnecessary dependencies.
• Handled ad-hoc maintenance on the existing Elasticsearch cluster: fixed index/shard configuration which was causing major production incidents and reindexed the entire production dataset with no issues. Refactoring services that queried the cluster to help reduce load and improve response times.
• Rebuilt the legacy search in the digital health claiming platform to curb feature bloat and support more developers; onboarded other teams to the architecture.

• Lead the delivery of self-hosted PayNow pages, helping to ensure PCI compliance, as well as easier more accessible arrears collection resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of arrears payments in the first few months of rollout.

• Developer of the companies primary Self Managed Super Fund administration platform, with responsibilities including gathering and analysing requirements from our various clients for their product. Developing new features of the system as well as enhancing old features to meet client requirements.
• Lead the development and enhancements of our Self Managed Super Fund financial reporting suite, as well as development of critical components needed for our administrators to process end of financial year annual returns. Also took on the role of enhancing and maintaining legacy reports for our other products.
• Assisted in the re-platforming efforts of the development team during a major contract with a client, in order to meet required security and compliance standards, give the ability for components of our system to encompass new business and scalability requirements as well as upgrading our front and back end technology stack.
