  • Modernized Address platform : Overhauled the legacy address management stack. This reduced "Time-to-Address" latency, allowing users to add/edit/delete locations instantly—a critical requirement for high-repeat use cases like quick commerce.
  • Built context aware address auto switch for Minute's 'app in app' model : Engineered an intelligent "Address Auto-Switch" capability that leverages GPS signals to contextually choose user location depending on user's app context, significantly reducing friction.
  • Built "Hyperlocal-as-a-Service": Designed a modular, platform-first architecture that allowed hyperlocal capabilities to be decoupled from the core app. This enabled rapid category expansion for core FK categories which offered much higher AOV(Mobiles, Tablets) , significantly growing GMV.
  • Built contextual inline recommendation system across shopping funnel to improve basket construction efficiency
