Watching him take that leap inspired me deeply. By the time I completed my 10th, I had already understood 80% concepts used in Moulds and die manufacturing with the help of Unigraphics. By 12th, my concepts were 100% clear to me– this was my world. During my second year, I took up a part-time job in another field. It wasn’t about money, but about building real-time skills and discipline. Soon after, I decided to join my father’s business full-time. That’s how my journey with SS Tooling began. Over the past few years, I’ve learned and mastered skills across: ✅Manufacturing of different kinds of precise tools, dies, moulds, jigs, fixtures. ✅ Operational management ✅ Quality control ✅ QMS Today, I lead a 25-member team, and together we are building a strong bootstrapped B2B manufacturing company that is trusted across India and globally. One of the achievements I am most proud of is bringing our PPM rejection rate down from 40,000 to just 500: a mark of true precision and consistency.
