I’m the founder of Robinson Immigration Law, where we help global talent build their lives and careers in the United States. We work with founders, researchers, executives, creatives, and investors navigating high-skill, business, and investment immigration pathways. Going through the U.S. immigration process with my wife, who immigrated from Portugal, I saw firsthand that immigration involves far more than forms and filings. It is a long-term, strategic decision that shapes professional opportunities, personal trajectories, and the future that people are able to build. We bring that same perspective to advising clients facing high-stakes immigration decisions. Our priority is understanding the personal and professional goals each client is working toward. From there, we design strategies that use visas and the immigration process as tools to support those long-term objectives. High-skilled professionals and investors have real choices about where to build their futures, and the United States is part of a global competition for talent and investment. Our role is to help clients understand the tradeoffs, timing, and long-term implications of each option, so they can make decisions with clarity and confidence. Focus areas include: EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, EB-5, O-1, E-2, and L-1A.
