I’ve hired over 10,000 exceptional people, driven executive search for C-suite leaders and advised businesses navigating massive transformational change. But my journey hasn’t followed the typical route. I’ve led in the boardroom but also on the campaign trail. I spent 8 years as an elected official, stood in a General Election and was proud to serve as a political advisor to the UK Government. That experience sharpened my ability to lead under pressure, build coalitions and make decisions that move the dial. I’ve built businesses from scratch, scaled global operations and now consult with organisations that need to evolve fast and get their hiring right. My approach is instinctive yet data driven but always people first. I'm also a career coach to C-suite professionals, a published author, keynote speaker and podcast host. And when I’m not doing all that, I like to take part in extreme adventures, running ultra-marathons including the gruelling Marathon des Sables. Why?
