I’ve built businesses from scratch, scaled global operations and now consult with organisations that need to evolve fast and get their hiring right. My approach is instinctive yet data driven but always people first. I'm also a career coach to C-suite professionals, a published author, keynote speaker and podcast host. And when I’m not doing all that, I like to take part in extreme adventures, running ultra-marathons including the gruelling Marathon des Sables. Why?
