Chance Marshall — Co-Founder
Hello there you, I’m Chance, a creative Psychotherapist making therapy more everyday and human. I work online, in person and outdoors and on foot. I help people all over the world feel understood, confront their joys and pains, and be motivated to make lasting, positive change in their lives. My work is about creating meaningful moments that matter and I enjoy explaining the madness of the human condition in simple words. In 2025, I was recognised in The Sunday Times Alternative Rich List, which celebrates people living extraordinary lives enriched through purpose, creativity and community impact. My Nan was proud. I’ve consulted with business leaders from Google, Virgin UK, Huel, Selfridges, Omnicom, Oatly, Depop and many others to write and deliver mental health strategies that land. I’m the author of ‘How To Grow Through What You Go Through’ (Penguin Random House), a guide to everyday mental maintenance. Outside of my therapy practice, I run: - Ramble – Retreats in Snowdonia led by a Royal Marine Commando and a Creative Psychotherapist, offering space to work on your mental health. One step at a time. - Dad Chat– A meet-up for dads in Yorkshire connecting over the brutiful (brutal and beautiful), messy moments of parenthood.
