• After working in the industry post MBA for close to 6.5 years, decided to take some time off just to relax. Invested my time chilling in my beautiful hometown of Dharamshala, travelling, pursuing hobbies I could not get much time for earlier (gaming, reading), and just spending time with family and friends. Additionally, guided multiple early stage startups in their GTM strategy pro bono, mentored a lot of law students looking to pursue an MBA, and helped industry leaders evaluating HCM/ HRMS platforms for their organizations.

• Was one of the earlier sales hires at Darwinbox. Was part of the growth journey with org revenues increasing by 10x during my time, and saw the org evolve from a get work done startup mindset to a get work done but via established processes mature mindset. Onboarded multiple marquee clients, helping them in their journey from the initial demo to the implementation stage. Developed deep CXO relationships across the industry and learnt a lot about the HR world in general. Sold the entire gamut of HRMS modules including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee onboarding, Core HR, time and attendance, payroll, performance & talent management, learning and development, rewards, employee engagement, etc. Worked extensively with product, pre-sales, marketing, delivery and CS across client life cycles to drive project success and high end user adoption.
• Key learnings - selling an extremely complicated and tech heavy product with immense focus on data privacy and data security, managing long sales cycles (6-12 months), relationship building and management, functional knowledge of HR while building deep respect for the function (turns out it is much more than just arranging festive celebrations and offsite events).
