  • Wrote the corporate requirements for A.I. usage throughout all of Novo Nordisk. This included drafting the language, negotiating with stakeholders across the company, and developing supplemental materials to ensure that the corporate requirements were properly understood and implemented.
  • Developed the A.I. risk reporting process for both business and legal risks across all of Novo Nordisk. This included developing the values and risks associated with A.I., training a variety of stakeholders (including legal and non-legal employees), and ensuring that the actual reporting process went smoothly and efficiently.
  • Drafted the first-ever set of model A.I. contract appendices to ensure proper compliance with the A.I. Act for any third party vendor negotiations. This included a variety of complex negotiations with the Procurement, Global Legal, and Compliance teams (along with other key stakeholders from R&D and Product Supply). Additionally, I ensured that the A.I. appendices were in complete alignment with Novo Nordisk’s MSA and Data Processing Agreement.
  • Represented Novo Nordisk at a variety of digital and A.I. conferences and conventions, including at the IAPP A.I. Governance Conference and a variety of local A.I. conferences across Denmark.
  • Conducted ongoing legal monitoring of different jurisdictions to ensure that Novo Nordisk could properly address forthcoming legislation in the A.I. and digital spaces.
