Transitioning into a managerial position, I focused on ensuring efficient resource allocation, overseeing product launches, aligning development progress, and fostering a collaborative environment where everyone's voices were heard and team satisfaction was ensured. This change was uncomfortable yet necessary. Facing legal constraints that prevented P2P car rentals, we pivoted to scooter sharing, leveraging our city's dense scooter population. Within two months of launching our P2P scooter sharing service, we acquired our first 20 customers, marking a successful debut. Despite early successes, internal conflicts between myself and the CEO ultimately led to the company's closure.
