About

I previously built Betafi, a VC-backed user research company. It taught me something simple: there’s often a gap between what customers say, what teams learn, and what actually gets executed. Before starting Boring Workflows, I was a PM at Singtel, where I built GOMO from the ground up. Building inside a telco showed me how much of execution depends on navigating systems, processes, and cross-team dependencies. The biggest constraint wasn’t talent or ambition. It was coordination. Too much time went into stitching systems together. Escalating across teams. Updating dashboards. Moving information from one tool to another so work could continue. Smart people doing necessary, but deeply manual work. Boring Workflows came from that frustration. We’re building AI infrastructure for telcos, not another chatbot, but systems that can reason across workflows and actually move operations forward.

  • Built menus for re-contracting customers at Visual-IVR and this helped to deflect 600 calls daily
  • Developed a program to make customers register for waiver cases at IVR. When fully operational,
  • this will significantly reduce inbound calls, driving productivity savings in the call center.
  • Worked closely with Networks and operation teams to build tools to better understand and improve customer’s network experience.
  • Deployed crisis center workspace that monitors customer’s surfing experience of the mobile network
  • and highlight any problems in a particular model, application, and area in real time
