• Co-founded a venture-backed restaurant finance and technology company, working with over 100 restaurants in the US and Australia. Helped grow the company to 12 people and over $5MM in funding. Developed multiple web and mobile apps to quickly iterate on business model ideas and features, while maintaining older iterations. Hired full-time employees, contractors, and agencies. Processed over $3MM in payments, created an international architecture, and published 8 mobile apps.

• At dojo4, I've been on a number of client projects as both a developer and a project manager. Getting to know a client, understanding their needs, communicating with my team of developers, and collaborating with the team to build whatever the client needs has been my main responsibility.
• In my project manager role at dojo4, I've communicated directly with our clients to deliver the websites and mobile apps that they need. My responsibilities included:
• Initial pre-sale conversations and consultations
• Understanding the client's needs and goals
• Designing software architectures and plans
• Drawing up contracts defining a scope of work within the client's budget
• Communicating to my designer and developer colleagues about the implementation plans
• Constantly communicating with the client during the implementation process
• Incorporating the client's feedback in the implementation process
• Monitoring the scope and budget of the project
• Maintaining a relationship with the client after the project is delivered to ensure the project's success
