• 6 years of continous hustle and no break in between really forced me to take some time off and introspect things. More of a figuring out life and myself phase.

• Raised pre-seed from 100x as part of its Class 02. Part of the Social Impact Accelerator at Indian School of Business. Pivoted from building Pracify to building mauka in July 2021 after the initial idea couldn't really hit off the way it was expected to due to after effects of Covid-19. Launched the product (mauka) in November 2021 and acquired 37,000 jobseekers & 600 employers within 100 days of launch. Had to shut down operations due to lack of funds. Led all areas of Product, Marketing, Design & Growth as a single founder with an extremely small team (~5 people). Lots of learning, lots of unlearning, saw a very different side of the startup ecosystem that I wasn't privy to earlier and happy that I embarked on this journey even though I couldn't take it where I wanted to. Extremely grateful to the whole 100x team & my team members who believed in the mission and supported me throughout.

• Was selected among 30 individuals out of a pool of 300 applicants. This was back then when entrepreneurship wasn't cool, most people didn't even know what startups meant (even people of my own age) and my family thought I was wasting my time spending few hours daily on attending sessions. Fortunately, it helped me in some way to believe that I can become an Entrepreneur (full-time) if I want, thanks to the lovely people who came there and shared their journey. It was a summer well spent and I'm really grateful for this experience because next year same time, I somehow managed the guts to reject an MBA admission offer, a campus placement at a Big4 firm and go against my family who wasn't very supportive of the decision I took back then :)

• Sadly, the only employment history I have in a career spanning 7 years. Worked with an amazing set of people before the product was even launched and there's a good chance that some of the work I did is still in use.

• Passion project turned into a reason to reject MBA admit/campus placement which later turned into a full time activity and ended up becoming one of the largest student communities in India. Worked with over 70 brands. 200K combined social media followers on Facebook & Instagram. 20 Million+ lifetime website views. Broke into Top 5,000 websites in India & Top 50,000 websites globally at one time. Access to over 600 college campuses pan India. Built great team of college students year & year who are doing great work now - working at top media houses/MNC's, studying at top institutes like MICA, IIM, JNU, etc and many even started up (one of them recently made it to YC). Won the Philip Kotler Award as well in 2020 under the category 'Best Youth Media Platform'. All in all, grateful that I started this and said no to that MBA & job offer 🙏🏻
