I currently work as a strategy manager in a group level strategy and special projects team at Reliance Retail. The team operates out of the Group CEO's office and is responsible for identifying and driving key organizational initiatives across our multiple business lines - grocery, electronics, fashion and lifestyle, JioMart to name a few. Prior to my current role, I spent time in the Indian startup ecosystem across companies like Razorpay, a fintech giant valued at $7.5 billion, and Bounce, a mobility startup that was last valued at $500 million. At Razorpay, I was the youngest-ever PM hire and was also fast-tracked for an early promotion due to my contributions. I was responsible for scaling RazorpayX Payroll, a B2B SaaS focused on HR and payroll for Indian companies. The product grew 5x during my tenure and I was the recipient of the emerging star of the year award for creating exceptional business impact. Combining my execution abilities with a strategic mindset, I have consistently driven impactful outcomes in fast-paced environments, and continue to seek opportunities that drive innovation and growth.
