Dave is the founding member of the Snapchat Sales team which has scaled from 2 to 300 since he started. Dave led Snapchat's revenue efforts for the first 3 years of its existence, with his teams representing the largest share of revenue at the company . Dave drove adoption of many of Snapchat's ad products including Vertical Video Ads, Branded Geofilters, and Branded Lenses. This included driving narrative, product positioning, pricing, product spec and measurement related to product launches. Prior to coming to Snapchat Dave was a founding member of Facebook's APAC business which has scaled from 8 employees to over 3000. In his tenure at Facebook revenue doubled quarter on quarter for 2.5 years straight. A Social Media Veteran, Dave also drove sales efforts at Friendster with the aim to increase revenue with an aim for acquisition. Dave has an EMBA in International business from UCLA and resides in Los Angeles.
