• Implementation,design and maintenance of core IP/MPLS network in an ISP environment
• Planning,design,operate and maintain multi vendor (Telco,cisco) of the core MPLS network
• Troubleshoot MPLS,IP,LAN and WAN operations
• Work closely with NOC and Field Technicians on 1st/2nd/3rd line troubleshooting in support of the customer on network faults and developing product turn-up processes.
• Ensure minimal downtime/outage with quick workarounds, troubleshooting, and correcting fault conditions.
• Complete and maintain network topology documents, design and diagrams in google drive share folder and ensure network inventory is current.

• Successfully got enrolled into the hospital operations department which is responsible for giving support to the company’s key clients. While there my main duties incuded;
• Supporting Medical service providers by following up and resolving issues related to the smart biometric system
• Maintained and updated local MySQL database at each assigned medical service provider using HeidiSQL
• Perform maintenance and updates on overall Smart biometric system periodically at assigned medical providers
• Perform Installations of Smart biometric systems at new medical service providers
• Train new users how to use the Smart system
• Monitor the service provider activity and status in respect to availability of Smart system
• To collect and timely report on feedback on Smart acceptance, improvements and challenges
• Make regular service provider visits to build and maintain relationships with providers

• Successfully got enrolled into the county ICT department specifically in the CCTV section. While there my main duties included;
• Design the different camera layouts and perform installations at different locations
• CCTV maintenance that included change of angle of view, change of PoE adapters and powering of the cameras
• CCTV monitoring and surveillance
• CCTV mapping to capture camera details
• Basic server maintenance that involved checking power supply, cable integrity and freeing up storage space
• Part of team that was involved in the testing of revenue management system
