• As an intern on the Pricing team, I worked on a variety of projects in Go relating to vehicle pricing and data gathering for use in Shift's pricing algorithm. My main project involved syncing Shift's vehicle repair data from a service called Shop-Ware onto Shift's own servers, allowing the data to be queried and analyzed by our business and growth team. I also worked on other high-impact tasks - for example, calculating prices for our entire vehicle inventory on a nightly basis, letting us follow current market trends.
