At Rapidbox, I operated in a Founder’s Office–like capacity, owning demand planning, Production Planning, supply execution, and scale decisions during a phase of rapid growth, supporting nearly 5× revenue expansion to ~₹70 Cr.
I worked closely with leadership to run monthly demand–supply and capacity reviews, framing trade-offs, highlighting risks early, and driving corrective actions across planning, sourcing, and production teams to consistently maintain ~95% service levels.
A key part of my role was fixing foundational planning gaps. I rebuilt the material planning and replenishment logic end-to-end, restoring raw material availability from ~50% to near 100% and eliminating recurring stockouts that were constraining growth.
As the business scaled, I built and led a 12-member team managing 14,000+ SKUs across 20+ production stages, balancing forecast accuracy, inventory exposure, and execution feasibility in a highly constrained environment.
To enable scalable growth, I helped design and set up a third-party production ecosystem — expanding capacity by ~60% while reducing production liabilities and costs by ~30%. This included developing 7 external vendor partnerships and transitioning ~75% of production for a key unit to an outsourced model.
Alongside execution, I created leadership-level MIS and planning dashboards that provided clear visibility into forecast accuracy, inventory risk, and service-level KPIs — enabling faster, data-backed decisions at the founder level.
