Anuj Bhansali heads Trust & Safety at PhonePe. He has been involved in the anti-fraud/ fincrime domain for the past decade and oversees areas related to trust, identity, safety, security. With the focus on securing millions of users doing a billion+ transactions he works on building scalable systems and fraud detection platforms to reduce customer risk. Prior to PhonePe, he worked at Flipkart as a Product Manager for Trust and Safety and helped build products to detect and solve issues related to e-commerce such as fake reviews, returns fraud and seller frauds.
