• Drive the creation of solution blueprints, SOWs, cost models, effort estimations, pricing strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
• Act as a strategic advisor to CXOs and senior client stakeholders to influence IT strategy and transformation roadmaps.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and strategic planning sessions to align IT services with client business objectives.
