About

Every time someone says, “That’s how it’s always been done,” I take it personally. Hi, I’m Charlsie, content and brand storyteller, writer, and culture-first strategist with an editorial point of view. I help brands understand how they’re actually showing up in culture, and then shape stories, language, and social strategy that feel relevant, human, and earned. My work lives at the intersection of content, culture, and craft, where taste and clarity matter as much as performance. Over the course of my career, I’ve driven 800M+ organic impressions and partnered with brands like The Elf on the Shelf, CNN, ESPN, Piedmont Healthcare, Kripalu, Calia by Carrie Underwood, Coca-Cola, Wells Fargo, and CeriFi to stand out in crowded, noisy markets. In 2025 alone, my own LinkedIn writing earned 4.8M+ impressions—not by chasing trends or gaming algorithms, but by approaching social the way an editor would: with point of view, restraint, and intention. What I’m known for: • Content and brand storytelling rooted in cultural insight, not buzzwords • Culture-first social strategy that treats social as an idea engine, not a posting treadmill • Writing across web, email, long-form, and campaigns that people actually read • Brand voice and messaging frameworks that teams actually use, not just admire • Thought leadership and ghostwriting for founders and execs who want to sound like themselves (but sharper) How I work: Culture before calendar. Editorial POV over performative trends. Story over specs. Test, refine, and ship, every word earns its place The Atlantic once called me a “marketing juggernaut.” I think of myself as a writer-strategist who helps brands make sense of the moment and show up with clarity, relevance, and conviction. If you’re ready to build content and social that means something (and performs), let’s talk. 🌐 charlsieniemiec.com
