About

Managing global brands, co-founding a gambling studio, building products and writing about the future of games - my career sits at the intersection of product, strategy and commercial leadership. I’m co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer of G Gaming. Over the past decade we’ve grown the company from an idea into a multi-million-pound games studio supplying operators around the world, with tier 1 customers across all regulated markets. My focus has always been the same: build products players genuinely care about, and align that with strong commercial outcomes. As a combination, it is rarer than it should be. Along my career journey, I’ve launched companies, games, restaurants and creative ventures. Some things worked brilliantly. Some didn’t. I learned from both. I write and speak regularly about product innovation in gaming and lottery, and I’m particularly interested in how the next generation of players — gamers as much as gamblers — will reshape the industry. What motivates me most is working with ambitious teams to turn ideas into products and problems into businesses.

  • For the gamers, the glory. We are bringing video-gaming to slots - from characters and worlds, to powerups and multiplayer.
  • G started in 2013 with the aim to make real money gaming more fun. As we've scaled to 80 people and with a portfolio of over 150 games, we've produced a range of innovations, from skill to our latest big ambition - multiplayer. We serve a range of customers around the world from all the big sportsbooks and casinos you know to state lotteries. An unusual company, we're known for our irreverent attitude and commitment to innovation, but at the heart of everything we do is a determination to offer a better experience for the gamer.
  • As Chief Commercial Officer, I'm responsible for bringing our suite of over 200 games to operators and partners around the world. I'm also heavily involved in product development and creative - working on new games and ideas.
