At Kotak Mahindra Bank, as Head of Marketing for Consumer and Commercial Banking, Kedar is driving one of the most ambitious marketing transformations in Indian financial services. He repositioned a 40-year-old institution for a new generation through the Hausla Hai Toh Ho Jayega brand platform and simultaneously building AURA, a semi-autonomous multi-agent AI system that runs Kotak's end-to-end marketing function. AURA is not an experiment. It is a production-grade AI architecture one of the most advanced deployments of applied AI in Indian marketing automating, orchestrating, and optimising at the scale of one of India's largest private sector banks. At Amazon India, Kedar did not manage categories he created them. Over a decade, he launched and owned Amazon Prime, Amazon Fashion, Amazon Fresh, and Amazon Pay in India taking each from zero to scale, building the brand, the proposition, the marketing playbook, and the customer base from the ground up. He launched the Great Indian Festival and Prime Day India now the two largest retail events in the country. He created the Apni Dukan positioning and Deliver Love campaign work that transformed Amazon from a transactional platform into a brand Indians felt something for. He built Studio CRICKET, Amazon's in-house regional content production engine, and MPAM, a proprietary marketing operations platform. Total marketing investment managed: over ₹1,000 crore. The playbooks he wrote are still in use. At Marico, he built the craft consumer insight, brand management, and the discipline of building brands that live and last in the physical world.
