• I provide education and advice on how to build successful cofounding teams. The good news is that cofounding teams have higher chance to create business value than solo founders. The bad news is that co-founders disagreements are cause of up to 2/3 of failure of early stage ventures - main reason is that the co-founders in the beginning are not necessarily aware of all that needs to be discussed, agreed and put in place for the cofounding team to perform and last - from clear identification of needed cofounders, structured cofounders' alignment, team roles set up and equity allocation and recovery - summarising it all in cofounders' agreement. Additionally, i am developing solutions and experts network for European founders to be able to use dynamic equity allocation method.
