I had to think in processes. Risk, behaviour, and execution aligned. We reached 8x ROI eventually. But the growth came from discipline. Masters’ Union widened that lens. Strategy became more real. Problems had constraints and consequences. Tetr made it even sharper. I built their China GTM plan. Culture changed how people responded. It showed me context changes everything.
