• Business API helped businesses communicate with users on WhatsApp programmatically. Led Product Engineering team for this effort:
• Drove the effort to get leadership buy-in for the product by crafting a vision and sharing a concrete resourcing plan
• Built out the team by helping recruit engineers and product managers
• Drove $XM in annual revenue by creating an innovative business model to charge for messages sent within a certain time-window
• Launched self-serve version of the product by designing the business tools for on-boarding, management, and billing
• Launched the product in 6 months with 15 engineers across two offices by driving weekly team meetings and planning sessions

• Lead Ads was a consumer ads product in the Facebook news feed. I was the founding member and Ied the Product and Engineering.
• Grew Lead Ads into a $1B annual revenue product in under 3 years which accounted for 3% of Facebook top-line revenue and onboarded 50K Advertisers
• 6X decrease in cost per lead compared to other channels by running and analyzing 100s of UI experiments
• Achieved 4X and 2X year over year revenue growth by defining very clear product strategy to attack SMB adverstiers in the professional services vertical
• 30% increase in revenue by expanding the product into Autos and Financial services vertical
• Owned and help prioritize roadmap based impact by analzying usage data and customer feedback
• Helped evangelize the product by presenting with internal teams and at external conferences
