👋🏾 Hey, I'm Roxanne and I’m the co-founder of TechTalk and Reslink - two platforms built around one mission: helping people get hired and grow their careers in tech 👩🏽‍💻 At TechTalk, we’ve created more than just a community, we’ve built a movement. One where job seekers, career changers, and tech professionals support each other through the ups and downs of job hunting. From hands-on workshops and career coaching to personalised CV and LinkedIn reviews, we’ve helped +300 people land roles at companies like Google, Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe, and fast-growing startups around the world. Reslink was born from the same mission, but with a new lens: visibility. Traditional resumes don’t always tell the whole story, so we built a platform for video resumes that let candidates show up as they are, connect more authentically with recruiters, and actually stand out. Why do I care so much about this? Because I’ve been there, watching incredibly talented people get ghosted, overlooked, or stuck in endless cycles of applying.   • Between delivering macroeconomic insights to senior leaders, conducting strategic visioning workshops and building local competitive analyses, there was never a dull day. My all time favourite project included building country strategies for 6 core markets across AMER, EMEA and JAPAC regions to support local initiatives spanning from improving our partner model, increasing local brand awareness, and more.
  • By leveraging my bilingual skills and international background, I had the unique opportunity to lead communications, analysis, and findings for a special project with senior leaders in France. The project resulted in strong returns on investment and provided me not only with invaluable knowledge but also with invaluable experience in understanding complex market trends, buyer insights, and software buyers trends across countries.

  • During this process, I oversaw all aspects of marketing, sales and operations - including the sale of a physical product which involved the management of warehouses and truck drivers. From initial preparations to the website development, lead acquisition and operations, the project yielded a remarkable result of over €200K in revenue for our client.
  • This experience has been invaluable in teaching me the various aspects of running a business and has been a source of personal fulfillment.

Go ahead, give it a try. You want to try and target a new customer segment? Just do it.
