I spend much of my time working with young talent—helping them find their voice, their path, and their balance. To me, leadership is about lifting others, and success is about the impact you leave along the way. Outside of my professional commitments, I’m a marathoner whose dedication to the sport mirrors my philosophy in life: keep moving forward, no matter the challenges. As a proud dog parent, I find joy in the simplest moments, reminding myself and others that even the busiest lives can have room for love and connection.
