About

Leadership often starts with a simple decision: to step forward when others hesitate. It’s a choice that has shaped my life and guided my journey. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of building and scaling media platforms, sitting on the boards of major media organizations, and driving innovation in an industry I love. My journey has been about more than just professional milestones—it’s been about using leadership to make a difference. I’m deeply passionate about creating a more equal and inclusive world. Whether it’s mentoring women to navigate and thrive in traditionally male-dominated spaces or advocating for LGBTQ+ rights, I believe real change happens when we create opportunities for and champion diverse voices. Through mentorship programs and advocacy, I’ve focused on helping people not just succeed but be celebrated for who they are. I spend much of my time working with young talent—helping them find their voice, their path, and their balance. To me, leadership is about lifting others, and success is about the impact you leave along the way. Outside of my professional commitments, I’m a marathoner whose dedication to the sport mirrors my philosophy in life: keep moving forward, no matter the challenges. As a proud dog parent, I find joy in the simplest moments, reminding myself and others that even the busiest lives can have room for love and connection. My story isn’t just about leadership—it’s about purpose. I believe in the power of persistence, the impact of advocacy, and the importance of creating spaces where everyone can thrive.
